Kristina Leaphart, Ashley Owens, Meredith Rhodes

The commercial real estate industry has historically been male dominated with women occupying just 37 percent of the industry. At Trinity Partners, we realize the value of diverse talent, and we are actively paving the way for more women to step into this field. Since opening in 2018, the Columbia office has experienced significant growth, expanding to 29 professionals.

Today, the women of Trinity Partners Columbia hold leadership positions as Ashley Owens fiercely leads the property management team. Her team of seven includes Erin Brotherton, Property Manager, and Maggie Tucker, Assistant Property Manager. Kristina Leaphart directs and oversees all marketing efforts and materials with the assistance of Raven DeCook, Graphic Designer. Meredith Rhodes paves the way as the first female Broker in the Columbia office. Stacy Pinkney and Amber Sulser are also an integral part of all accounting and brokerage needs as the Corporate and Property Accountant and Brokerage Coordinator, respectively.
