Starting as the file clerk and maid in high school, I observed my mom, Gina McCuen, grow the staffing franchise, established in 1982. I rejoined the firm a few years after college in 1997. I could not have been mentored by a stronger businesswoman. Not only was I able to work under her leadership for 18 years, but she also pushed me to serve local communities via the chambers and other groups, which led to numerous achievements and recognitions.

A few to mention are Ambassador and Diplomat of the Year through chamber volunteer programs, Leadership Lexington and Columbia, president of Lexington Kiwanis Club and Kiwanian of the Year, The State Newspaper “Top 20 Under 40,” and TWIN Honoree Award through YMCA Palmetto Center for Women. I have also served on other professional organizations, such as United Way, NFIB, SC Philharmonic, VISTAGE, and Executive Women of Lexington, all of which have formed me into who I am today.
