John O. McDougall
John McDougall is a partner in the statewide law practice of McDougall, Self, Currence & McLeod, LLP, with offices in Sumter and Columbia. McDougall practices with Michael Self, Pete Currence, Ryan McLeod, Alyssa Richardson, Jason Hall, and Adam Pickworth. They limit their practice primarily to cases involving complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution; however, they also have a general practice.
McDougall has served as president of the South Carolina Bar, the Senior Law Division, the Bar Foundation, the South Carolina Association of Justice (South Carolina Trial Lawyers), American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Foundation, and vice-president of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (USA Chapter).
