Jason Peavy is the former chief of the white-collar crime division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of South Carolina. With broad experience in a variety of state and federal investigations, complex criminal and commercial litigation, as well as False Claims Act matters, former federal prosecutor Jason Peavy has an accomplished track record of obtaining successful resolutions in high stakes matters.
