Jodie W. McLean

Jodie W. McLean is a visionary business leader who believes in the power of retail to connect people and places. As CEO of EDENS, a nationally recognized retail and mixed use real estate company, she oversees the company’s strategies to create community oriented retail centers in urban and suburban areas. She has led the development, redevelopment, acquisition, and disposition of over $20 billion in assets.

At the core of Jodie’s philosophy are the genuine human connections that can be inspired in EDENS places by thoughtful design, curation, and engagement, knowing that all of us are stakeholders in the process of building healthy and sustainable communities. A graduate of USC’s Moore School of Business, Jodie is chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and serves on various boards, including Cushman & Wakefield, Wofford College, and Milhaus.
