Julia Mikell, DDS
Diamond Dental Studio is a cosmetic and family dental practice owned by Julia Mikell, DDS. Established in Columbia in 1997 and moved to its current location in Forest Acres in 2003, Diamond Dental Studio was named by Dr. Mikell in 2017 to represent the value, strength, and beauty that every tooth and every smile deserves.
During her career, Dr. Mikell has served as president of the South Carolina Dental Association, president of the Central District Dental Society, and president of the Palmetto Study Club. She also served for four years on the American Dental Association Council on Dental Practice as well as six years as a dentist in the United States Navy. Dr. Mikell considers it a privilege and an honor to have served in these capacities, but her true passion is being side by side with her patients.
