Visit the UofSC Belser Arboretum, an urban forest in the heart of Columbia, and see what winter has in store: early-blooming ephemeral flowers, open views now that leaves have fallen, interesting bark formations, and tranquility. Sunday January 19 from 1 – 4 p.m. Admission is free. Note that pathways are natural and pass through varied terrain. Restroom facilities are not currently available.
