Enjoy the spirit of the holiday season by taking a magical ride through a winter wonderland of light displays and beautifully animated scenes during Holiday Lights on the River. Running nightly through Dec. 31, families and friends will have the opportunity to experience the sparkle of over a million lights and a variety of other fun winter activities as Saluda Shoals Park is transformed into a magical wonderland.
In addition to the enchanting light displays, there will also be the Wetland Wonderland Walking Trail. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll through the lights along the boardwalk in the Saluda Shoals Wetland Preserve and see nature come to life in lights with jumping frogs, birds, butterflies and much more.
Visit Dec. 16 to 23 only for Nights of Wonder, eight fun-filled evenings of family activities. Take a ride on the Red-Nose Express Hayride, or enjoy a classical trip through the lights in a horse-drawn carriage in the Saluda Shoals Choo-Choo. Try out downhill tubing without the snow on the Winter Wonder Ride, warm-up and roast some marshmallows on a stick, create a fun holiday craft to take home, or have your photo made with Santa.
