Justice Kaye Hearn recently joined Wyche following her retirement from the South Carolina Supreme Court, where she was the second woman member in the court’s history. Brian Critzer, former law clerk to Justice Hearn, has also joined the firm. Their practices at Wyche will focus on complex litigation and appellate matters, serving as advocates for clients across South Carolina.
