Through the years the Snelling Staffing Team has always fostered a sense of pride assisting those seeking a new career or temporary work. Putting God first and knowing He is your employer has made the challenges easier to bear through the years. The first challenge came when Gina McCuen, franchise founder, opened her doors in 1982 with only a phone on the floor. The business has grown since, serving the Midlands for more than 42 years.

With every applicant/candidate coming through our doors, we want them to be better for knowing Snelling Staffing. Among other services, Snelling provides free resume reviews, free software testing, and in-depth career counseling. Children are always welcome to attend the interview process. We want to be as accommodating as possible for the job seeker. We even provide a kids’ room! Elizabeth Trenbeath, current franchise president, makes sure every child gets her card, especially little girls who have a chance to meet the president of a company. Elizabeth feels it is important to let them know they can become an independent entrepreneur someday as well!

Snelling also wants every client company to find a great fit for its team through their recruiting efforts. Our goal is to save them time, energy, and effort in recruiting so they can focus on running their business.

Jody Beatty is the newest addition to the team. She brings to Snelling 25 years’ experience across all sectors of the staffing industry covering NW Ohio, NC, SC, and Coastal GA. Jody’s experience as a market/area manager, market development manager, and director of operations continues to fulfill her greatest passion which is helping others.

Bernadette Lemon-Gillard has been with Snelling Staffing for more than four years. As staffing coordinator, she is the front line on customer service. Her background is from the news media, medical, and engineering sectors.
