Kaity Monroe’s 15-year career has spanned Silicon Valley, New York, and Washington, D.C. She has hired and developed talent across the spectrum — from interns to executives — launching, evaluating, and accelerating the careers of thousands of individuals in the process.
Kaity has seen first-hand the interview and career navigation mistakes that produce unfulfilled employees and high turnover rates. Employers across all industries struggle to identify and hire the best people, and subsequently fall short in providing opportunities for internal advancement. Top-performing employees, suffering from burnout and lack of career growth opportunities, are forced to choose between job hopping and “quiet quitting.”
Kaity’s commitment to disrupting this cycle led her to found Reframe the Interview. She is passionate about working with leadership teams to empower their companies to grow and their employees to thrive. From hiring and onboarding, to performance management and employee engagement, Reframe builds customized HR solutions for clients.
A Columbia native, Kaity returned to her hometown in 2021 with her husband and daughter, and she has been thrilled to bring Reframe’s HR approach to Columbia’s thriving business community.
