Stan O’Brien, president
Paradime Construction, Inc., has been designing and building custom homes in the Midlands since 1999. Owner Stan O’Brien has always known what he wanted to do as evident from the logo, which is a replica of a drawing from the first grade. Stan went on to get two degrees in architecture and construction science, which sent him on the path to becoming a builder.
Stan is the immediate past president of the BIA of Central SC, where he was heavily involved in High Performance Homes and Universal Living Homes programs. One thing most people don’t know about Paradime is that it is a one-man show. Stan is the single point of contact for his clients and the one running each home’s construction. Paradime’s team of subcontractors (several who have been there since 1999) works together to provide a home that clients are happy with for years into the future.
