Keep the Midlands Beautiful is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to engage, inspire, and educate the Midlands to invest in our community through litter prevention, recycling, and beautification.
Each year, thousands of Midlands residents volunteer to support this mission, including more than 220 groups regularly removing litter on area roads and waterways in Richland and Lexington counties, schools and businesses coming together to implement recycling programs, and communities pursuing beautification projects.
We believe in a cleaner and greener community for all. The generosity of donors ensures that we will be able to create a healthy environment for generations to come.
