Upon opening their doors at Hotel Trundle on April 9, 2018, owners Rita and Marcus set out to rewrite the rules of hospitality with what they call a hospitality to kindness. They believe it to be their role as a hotel to provide remarkable overnight accommodations for their visitors, but what sets Hotel Trundle apart is their attention to detail when it comes to customer service and the team that has been crafted to provide that one-of-a-kind guest experience.
Since 2020 brought a lot of challenges within the hospitality industry, Rita and Marcus moved through those hurdles together with their team as one unit by providing laptops for team members when home schooling was being pieced together and limiting hotel services/amenities, for example. They continue to keep the team at Hotel Trundle a priority by offering benefits and working alongside their front desk and housekeeping staff on the floors to keep the ship moving forward. It is with these values, trust, and compassion that they have been able to build the business and reputation of Hotel Trundle.
