We enjoyed one of our most successful years in 2023, having completed development of St. Anns Alley, a 43-unit, high-density, single-family residential community in West Columbia, a warehouse/distribution facility in Saxe Gotha Industrial Park, a Bojangles build-to-suit in Moncks Corner, and a new Firehouse Subs on Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce. Additionally, our brokerage division completed 29 transactions valued at more than $30 million in 2023. Notable transactions include the sale of more than a dozen income properties, the securing of Chase Bank for the former Wells Fargo branch on Garners Ferry Road, the largest new office lease on Main Street for the year, and the sale of the iconic Barron’s Outfitters property.
