Still locally owned and operated, Teresa and Kenny Wardlaw started the company more than 20 years ago. Their vision was to bring awareness to home and business owners on the importance of indoor air quality and the role your HVAC system plays regarding your safety, health, environment, and budget.
The innovation in the HVAC industry has been remarkable over the past 30 years. In many cases, we find that the equipment can be smarter than the people working on it unless we continue to develop our team. We invest in our team members but also in advanced diagnostic tools. For customers to be safe and comfortable, and equipment to run at its most efficient performance, your home/office should have a good HVAC system, a good duct system, and a good thermal envelope. Because we invest in state-of-the art tools, we provide solutions quickly and efficiently make repairs, saving our customers time and money. Because we are testing and not guessing, our solutions work the first time.

Teresa Wardlaw was recognized as a “Woman of Influence” in 2018, serves as a Rotarian, has 30 years of HVAC experience, is a member of Women in HVACR, as well as a founding member of Bryant Women in HVAC. Kenny Wardlaw is a Presbyterian College graduate with 40 years HVAC experience and is nationally renowned in our industry. He is BPI and NATE Certified to name a few (the full list will not fit in this article).
