Bhavna Vasudeva believes in her community. As a licensed Realtor for 25 years with a wide range of experience in both the public and private sectors, she’s discovered one thing that always holds true: the client comes first.
“People are not numbers to me. I’m not trying to achieve high-volume sales,” says Bhavna. “My goal as a Realtor is to do what is best for my clients, which fosters long-term relationships.”
As a self-described “humanities person” who enjoys reading and writing, Bhavna majored in advertising and public relations — with a minor in marketing — and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina. She and her husband, Raj, a physician, have deep ties to USC as he was part of the faculty. They have two grown children, Armaan and Ishaan, both graduates of USC, Charleston School of Law, and Heathwood Hall Episcopal School.

It is with that core philosophy that we conduct ourselves, whether in a social setting or in business. People come first to us — we are a team as a family, as a couple, as professionals, and as citizens of this wonderful state.”
Her faith in the market is evident, as she maintains a rental property portfolio with investments in Columbia and Charleston, maintaining both MLS licenses. The Vasudeva team of decorators, staging professionals, personal bankers, contractors, and photographers works seamlessly to present luxury homes at the caliber they deserve. “My clients are busy professionals in their field. They leave the real estate dreams to me for execution. They are always able to communicate with me on their schedule.”
Bhavna gained years of specialized training on luxury homes while at Coldwell Banker, then in corporate relocations later with Russell and Jeffcoat. She is currently an agent with United Real Estate of Columbia. Bhavna is proud of the loyalty she has earned with an exclusive group of clients.
