Choice of starter:
-Oysters on the half shell, House Salad, or Duck Hook Egg Rolls
Choice of Entree:
-Braised Beef Short Ribs served with a red wine demi-glaze. Served with mashed potatoes, and chef’s vegetable
-Shrimp & Lobster served over grits (shrimp & grits with Lobster added)
-Chicken Florentine, chicken breast stuffed with spinach and mixed cheeses. Served over fettuccine Alfredo with roasted tomatoes
-Beyond Lasagna, Lasagna served with Beyond Burger meat (V)
Choice of dessert:
-Cheesecake topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream
-Chocolate Dream, a double layer chocolate brownie soaked in a raspberry liquor with chocolate mousse
