UofSC Belser Arboretum Open House: Native Plant Week

All are invited to the October Open House at the W. Gordon Belser Arboretum, celebrating South Carolina Native Plant Week. After exploring the trails and looking for migratory warblers, join Dr. Arlene Marturano at 2 pm for “Bringing Natives Home,” a presentation on native plant gardening and how it benefits wildlife like monarch butterflies. She will demonstrate tagging and releasing migrating monarchs. A children’s nature activity will follow the talk.
