Hampton Street Vineyard is excited to present a vegetarian wine dinner in celebration of Earth Day. We will be pairing 6 organic wines with an excellent vegetarian tasting menu created by the HSV culinary team.
1st Course
Springtime Gazpacho
cucumber, avocado, jalapeno, basil, and scallion gazpacho
served with edible flowers, puffed rice & seasoned greek yogurt swirl

2nd Course
Sweet Potato Tamale
oyster mushrooms, peanut mole, roasted poblano sauce
black beans & pickled red onion

Quinoa Stuffed Eggplant
roasted eggplant stuffed with spring vegetables & quinoa, topped with toasted almonds & red pepper harissa coulis

4th Course
Wild Berry Peach Crisp
roasted peaches and macerated berries topped with toasted oats, crushed candied walnuts & vegan vanilla ice cream
