When Jim Evatt started Palmetto Construction & Renovations in 2001, his goal was to change the total renovation experience for his clients. He wanted to use his prior work experience in accounting and materials management and his knowledge of the construction industry to improve the overall renovation process. Jim and his staff are constantly exploring new products and new techniques that can save clients time and money. They are also in constant communication with their clients throughout the project to make sure all of their expectations are met. Jim is a member of the Home Builders Association and the Columbia Remodelers Council, and he maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. He also enjoys using his talents to help others and recently returned from New Orleans where he worked on a Habitat for Humanity project.
