You’ll also find their newest addition, an impressive collection of Vintage Chanel that includes hand bags, bracelets and earrings, all personally selected by the owners. What’s also apparent is their commitment to customer service. In addition to their day-to-day customer focus, Judy and Taylor have developed outstanding relationships with designer representatives. According to Judy, “that’s the key to our success. Designer reps are frequently in the store to facilitate trunk shows, answer brand questions, etc. As a result, many of them have become close friends and are committed to helping bring the best possible customer service to Columbia”.
