How did your business begin?
After searching for my first home almost 25 years ago, finding it and loving it to the point that I still live there today, I couldn’t turn off my passion for looking at homes. I followed that passion into real estate while transitioning out of my job at the University of South Carolina to spend more time with our baby (who is now about to graduate from college)!
What differentiates your business from other specialists in the field?
We are proud to be a completely local real estate company with deep roots in South Carolina. As the founder of this local business that has grown to more than 24 agents, I take great pride in the business that we have built here locally by offering each client the personalized attention and local knowledge that helps them make informed decisions.
How do you keep up with the latest advances in your field?

What is something people would be surprised to learn about you or your business?
I grew up on a cattle farm deep in the country, 10 miles from the nearest small town. Although that landscape is forever imprinted upon me, I am thrilled to be only five minutes from anywhere I need to go in downtown Columbia!
What inspires you daily?
Helping people with their real estate transactions often crosses over into many areas of life: I see people in joy, in grief or in shock at a quick change of circumstances. Daily, I am reminded of the resilience that we all have within us regardless of the challenges we all face.
What is the mission of your business?
Our mission is to provide our clients with superior service and the professionalism that they deserve. They are buying a home in which to raise their families and make memories that will last a lifetime. We are honored to play a role in that important decision.
