How did your business begin?
We opened our doors to local seniors and their families Feb. 1, 2022, and had our official grand opening on April 14, 2022. It was a wonderful celebration with more than 300 people joining us over the two days of events. Lakeview Retirement Community is part of the Resort Lifestyle family of communities, and we were the 48th community to open.
What is your mission?
Our mission is to serve seniors from our hearts, every day. We work together as a team to be sure our residents’ and teammates’ needs are met, that they feel safe and have a beautiful time celebrating their lives at Lakeview. Our all-inclusive, fun-focused lifestyle offers everything from companionship to wellness programs. It’s worry-free retirement — we take care of the cooking and cleaning so our residents can focus on wellness and having fun. You feel the buzz in our friendly community, love our live-in managers, and marvel in the freedom dining program. We invite the local community to stop by and meet our happy staff and residents. What are the latest developments/innovations in your field?
We are unique in that we are an all-inclusive independent retirement community. Everything is included with one monthly fee, and no buy in. These amenities include services like:

What is the latest trend in your business?
The senior living industry is focusing on health and wellness, which has been part of Resort Lifestyle Communities for more than a decade. We have a 24-hour gym with state-of-the-art equipment and a wellness and resource center. Our robust calendar of events and activities is coordinated through our full-time lifestyle director, with our residents’ needs and wants at the forefront. And our lifestyle is packed with amenities and services, including our signature Freedom Dining program, weekly housekeeping, and more!
