EdVenture invites all families to participate in “FIT Together,” the museum’s yearlong exercise program offering fitness and nutrition education for the entire family. FIT Together includes a one hour fitness and a one hour nutrition class on the first Saturday morning of each month, beginning at 10 a.m. Certified instructors will teach Tai Chi, kickboxing, Pilates, ballroom dancing, clogging, hip hop and square dancing. Each nutrition class will include healthy eating tips, recipes and snacks provided by EarthFare.
FIT Together is free with museum admission for non-members and free for members. Space is limited to 50 participants per session. Reservations are encouraged. Email Ash Harris, museum experiences manager, at email@example.com for more information.
