Take the kids out for a night of live music and food tastings! The First Local Happiness Experience & Harvest Hope Food Drive will be held at Richland Fashion Mall on Nov. 8 from 3 until 9 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by Jim Sonefeld, Lunch Money and Melanie McMillan, and the tastings are served by Sadie’s American Cafeteria a Plus Local Happiness Certified SC Product Partner. The event is free with a donation of at least four canned goods to Harvest Hope Food Bank. Attendees can bring non-perishables from their pantry or buy some of the Local Happiness products to donate. Attendees can also buy Local Happiness products to take home. They make great gifts and stocking stuffers! Forty percent of the profit from the sales that day will go to the Harvest Hope Food Bank.
The event will be held in the Food Court next to the indoor playground. For more information, contact Ken Carey at (803) 360-3433
