AllSouth has been providing financial services to the Midlands since 1960. They’re a local credit union with a service-first mentality. Mandy Clifford, chief member service officer, explains how service is AllSouth’s driving force: “It is important to AllSouth and me that we keep service at the forefront of every interaction.” Mandy applies this philosophy daily as she oversees the employees at AllSouth’s 23 Midlands locations and their call center.

With Mandy’s nearly 24 years of banking experience, she understands that financial decisions can be complex and overwhelming for many. “We want to offer support and provide an easy and enjoyable experience, especially when helping our members deal with finances,” says Mandy. “We believe relationships are foundational building blocks to our success.” As the leader of AllSouth’s member service teams she ensures that members receive the kind of service that goes beyond basic transactions and focuses on the personal connection.
