What is the mission of your business?
Our mission is to encourage people to live a healthier lifestyle, regardless of their current level of health. We are dedicated to deliver the most effective exercise experience for each individual, as well as optimal nutrition counseling. We want to reach our members’ goals together — no matter what that goal is, it’s important to us! Achieving results that last a lifetime is the greatest gift we can provide our members.
What differentiates your business from other specialists in the field?
The biggest thing that makes us different from other businesses is our personal connection with our members. Our members come into their workout knowing they get to spend time with our staff that they enjoy being around and trust. We’re experts in our field — but we’re also fun!
How did you get involved with this business?
I have been involved in the fitness industry for more than eight years. I earned a degree in exercise science at the University of South Carolina but continued to pursue my passion, earning additional certifications to take my capabilities to the next level. Working with other accomplished fitness professionals helped me grow my knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of fitness levels and modalities.
What do you like best about your line of work?
Getting to help others reach their health goals has been a life-changing experience. The best part about my line of work is sharing time with others to help them make healthy lifestyle changes and improve their quality of life. I get to spend every day with awesome people and share my love for fitness. It’s a win-win!
What is the latest trend in your business?
The latest trend in our business is the variety of group fitness classes. We have added Yoga, Barre, TRX, and higher intensity training classes to meet increased demand. Classes focus on strength and mobility and provide our members with unique and fun ways to fit exercise into their daily routine.
